A word that wracks me with chills just to type it. The wreckage that’s left after su***de feels unbearable. The stigma, the unknowns, the what if’s, the grief that’s compounded by this type of shattering loss.

Today is National Su***de Prevention Awareness Day as is the month of September. Today we remind ourselves to look out for one another. Ask. Listen. And encourage them to get help.

is a non-profit that leads the fight against su***de and mental health awareness in Crested Butte CO. I will be riding the 🚴 Pedal Your Butte Off🚴 tomorrow in Preston’s honor. I hope you will all donate or post something this month to spread awareness. 💛
