TRC celebrated 3 big milestone anniversaries last night!
Our CEO, Brian Robinson, celebrated his 25th year anniversary. Wendy Hallman, our VP of North Carolina, celebrated her 30th year anniversary. Karen Bapst, our VP of Payroll, celebrated her 40th year anniversary.
The common TRC fundamental that all 3 exhibit, which could be attributed to their tenure here at TRC is, Find a Way. They have always worked through challenges that the industry has and will face, which has helped TRC embrace change as we continue to grow as an organization.

CALL CENTER AGENT - WORK FROM HOME (INBOUND ORDER-ENTRY)
Looking for an immediate WORK-FROM-HOME opportunity as an Inbound Call Center Agent? If so, we are hiring for 70 new Phone Agents (Inbound Only) starting Sept. 14th. These are Temp-To-Perm opportunities that start at $11.50/hr. ($11.00/hr. for two-weeks of training) plus great benefits and possible overtime. And, you don't have to go to the call center to interview. You will be responsible for entering the customer's product orders and payment information and provide them with their Order Number. You must be flexible to work the shift/schedules below as one of these shifts and schedules will be assigned to you.
Work schedule: 5 day work week that will include either a Saturday or a Sunday (never both). You will have one weekday and one weekend day off (always the same two days).
Hours: you must be flexible to work any of these shifts as one will be assigned after training. Shifts don't rotate so you would only work one of these:
Shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm or 2:30pm-11:00pm
WHAT WE WANT:
Min. two-years' prior call center experience is required
Type a min. of 30 wpm
High School Diploma or GED is required
US Citizenship or Naturalized US Citizenship Required
Flexibility to work assigned shift (once assigned, it does NOT change)
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test & criminal background check
We pay our employees every Tuesday night for the previous week's work

Are you a college student looking for part-time employment? If so, we have opportunities in Farmers Branch for part-time Production Assistant. The work hour hours are 10:30am-5:00pm Mon.-Thurs. and the position pays $13.00/hr.
If you are looking for consistent employment in a fun, casual environment we have opportunities available starting immediately. Music is provided in the work area and there is a tv to watch on breaks. A kitchen is available to store your food and drinks. Casual attire is okay.
The duties in this role are simple and easy:
-Sit in your cubicle and apply labels to plastic Sun Tan Lotion bottles.
-Assist in the production area (climate controlled) with filling the plastic bottles with skin lotions, sun tan lotion etc. The filling is is simple process that is done on small equipment and is easily learned.
-Assist with some general office duties such as assembling Purchase Orders, filing copying etc.
Requirements:
-The need for immediate income.
-Min. 21 yrs. of age
-Physically fit, able to stand for part of the day (no lifting so females are welcome)
-Able to work the shift/schedule everyday
-Non-smoker - smoking isn't allow in the building or in their parking lot.
