Somedays I feel ANGRY asf
I don’t handle things like this well
We just made peace from “things” that happened in my childhood
That should’ve never happened.
I’m dealing with all this By Myself
And so much more
I don’t talk about it much
I don’t trust easily nor do I have people that I’m wholeheartedly comfortable with confiding in about what’s going on like that on that level
So just to release it
I figured I just type it out
Besides this and journaling
Also I’m not doing or using the typical vices to cope like smoking, drinking.
So the HURT is Rather Heavy and Intense
I feel so weird even sharing this because
Even with all I have going on
I can’t help but feel like
There is Somebody who has it so much worse.
So who gives AF about my s**t right? 🤣
Grief is Hell and it hits me at random
Sometimes.
It’s SO annoying
I don’t want to Feel
But its happening beyond my own control
I’ve never cried so much in my life
Literally snatching the tears from my face
Im surprised I even have tears left
As much as I’ve cried honestly
It be At the most oddest times too!
So if I’ve seemed off or not
My usual self
if I’m not as
Present that is why.
I’m taking it one day at a time
Meditating, Breathwork etc
Allowing emotions to pass through
When and how as they please
That’s all I can do!
I don’t like the word prayer =(preying)
So just send HEALING Energy I guess
If you want to
But then again 😕
I’m not too fond of people sending anything energetically honestly
Cause you just never really know their true intentions
So No pressure 😕
Life is tough
But so Am I.

is thinking of retiring from acting due to the lack of creativity in film making:
