Inspired by this year’s Lollapalooza (in Chicago), our Corgan Inc. Chicago Studio created material palettes reflecting the colors and moods of albums by artists who performed at the festival.

These palettes capture the intersection of music and design, from the bold and soft tones of Chappell Roan's The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess to the atmospheric (and yellow) vibes of Flood by Hippo Campus.

Indicative of postmodern architecture popular in the 80s, 5 POP, a 1982 Class A office tower featured beige travertine stonework, heavy arches, and round windows which dated the exterior and the lobby interiors. Corgan Inc. replaced the entire entry wall with double height glass façade treatments to open the space, creating a welcoming arrival moment for tenants and visitors.

Corgan Inc.'s San Antonio office is growing! We are excited to announce that Paige Ollre has moved from our Dallas office to lead the San Antonio Interiors practice.

Vantage Data Centers VA21 is the second data center building Corgan Inc. has designed on the Vantage campus in Virginia. This 18-acre site houses three multistory facilities providing 800,000 square feet of space. Corgan made several innovative design improvements and created an aesthetically dynamic building that improves on performance, leveraging sustainable solutions.

Last week, Corgan Inc.'s summer interns helped out Crossroads Community Services Dallasby packing student lunches, restocking shelves, taking groceries to cars, and creating shopping lists for the customers. This was such a great way for our interns to give back to our community, and show that Corgan cares!

A few times a year, new employees from around the world convene in Dallas for Corgan Connections. Last week, 85 people from the U.S., Dublin, London and Singapore gathered to learn about the firm, our work and get immersed in our vibrant culture!

Every year, Corgan Inc. participates in the Parade of Playhouses to benefit Dallas CASA. This year's contribution, an ice cream shop playhouse - "Scoop There It Is!" - was designed by Warren Mortensen in our Commercial Studio and built by Austin Commercial. Such a fun way to put talents to use and benefit a great cause!

Working closely with Lincoln Property Company, Corgan Inc. spearheaded the interior design of amenity-rich spaces and tenant offices for the 8111 Douglas office tower. The building encompasses 225,000 square feet of Class A office space and luxury residences which will cater to distinguished tenants. With a focus on employee well-being through innovative design elements, access to quality amenities, and beautifully designed offices and residential spaces in one of Dallas’ premier locations, this multi-tenant building is a shining star in workplace design.

Originally built in 1944, the former Houston Post printing press facility remained largely unaltered for nearly 20 years after the paper closed in 1995.
