Then tomorrow (Sun. Dec. 3) from 1-5pm, test your engineering prowess with the 1st Annual Tower of Power Challenge at Vector!🏗

You and your team of up to 4 people will have a limited amount of time to create a mini-tower of your own design using only a small number of balsa wood sticks and glue. Afterwards, test your tower to see how much weight it can hold before getting crushed!

🚨Entry fee is $40 per team, and advance tickets are available NOW! A limited number of tickets will be available on arrival. There is no set time to arrive - event begins at 1pm and ends at 5pm. We just felt like this drizzly, cooler weather calls for something a little stout to warm up with. This draft only, small batch release was aged for 19 months in a premium apple brandy barrel, lending notes of molasses, brown sugar, dark cocoa, cherry cola, and stone fruits, giving way to a warming brandy finish.

Enjoy a glass tonight in the taproom as we cheer on the Cowboys. We’ll have the game on the TVs with the sound on, starting at 7pm.🙌

Every year, on the third Thursday in November (as in, you know, today) the French celebrate the end of the grape harvest with celebrations throughout the country, and the wine they celebrate with is Beaujolais Nouveau. This much-ballyhooed cherry-red vintage is best served chilled and enjoyed by friends and family during the holidays. Luckily one of our favorites from Las Jaras Wines has returned, and this beautiful California North Coast old vine red is a nod to the iconic French classic.

Utilizing a similar carbonic maceration process with 100% organically-grown grapes, this blend of 48% Valdiguié (the Napa Gamay), 41% Petite Sirah, 8% Zinfandel, and 3% Sangiovese produces a wine that’s light, fresh, and mega delicious. Bright acidity pops with notes of cherry cola, raspberries, and tart cranberries. The palate is juicy and zippy with lots of fresh fruit. We suggest pairing it with one of our signature stone deck pizzas and good conversation.🤌

This past weekend we took a bro’d trip down to Austin to brew a collab (and sample a few barrels) with our pals from Zilker Brewing Company, and this one should get you ready for the holiday season. Huge thanks to for hosting us today. We participated in the first festival in the southwest, with 14 breweries using locally foraged ingredients to create unique brews. Our collab with Beerburg was a mixed culture saison using foraged yaupon holly, yaupon honey, mint and lemon, and it was fantastic. We love this brewing community we’re in, and look forward to more projects and events like this.🤙

For you history buffs out there, a tintype is a hand-made photograph using a 19th century process called wet plate collodion. A chemical emulsion is first poured on a sheet of metal, then submerged in a bath of silver nitrate, to make it light sensitive. The plate is then exposed, developed and fixed within 15 minutes of being poured. Each image is a 1 of 1, unique piece of art. Lastly, the images are varnished to protect the silver from tarnishing. It is now an archival quality family heirloom that will last hundreds of years!

Fox Tintype will be hosting portrait sessions throughout the day, and each session takes about 20-30 minutes, with 2 people max in each portrait. Tintypes are typically ready within 7-10 days after being made, and will be delivered back to Vector for pickup. They can also be shipped for an additional cost.

𝑫𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑰 Barrel-aged India-style Imperial Export Stout with Spices (11%) 🪷🪷

Just in time for the cooler weather to come, we’re bringing back one of our all-time favorite small-batch stouts not seen in over 2 years. Rich and exceptionally roasty with a complex malt bill, this stout was aged for 18 months in Basil Hayden bourbon barrels lending notes of toasted oak and dried fruits. We then conditioned the beer on our house-made madras curry blend, as well as turmeric, toasted coconut, lime zest, Indian chiles including Kashmiri, Byadagi, and Ramnad Mundu, and whole Indonesian vanilla bean.

Sultry, decadent, and both savory and sweet, this unique beer will make all of your senses tingle. With culinary influences not often seen in the beer world, the harmonious interplay of South Asian flavors with bold and robust barrel-aged stout make for a truly unique experience.
