I recently went back to a vegan diet/lifestyle and my family folllwed suit. 😳 Vegan desserts have been my demise! 😩 I was following others recipes and nothing was turning out the way that the recipes said it would. So, I through out the recipes and did them on my own.

I forgot to get a picture of the whole pie, but the lemon cheesecake was delicious. 🤤 The cookies were super soft and yummy. ☺️

Trial run on some ‘reese’s’ style (vegan) peanut butter cups. They’re good but super rich. Going to try a mini cupcake pan next time around.
