Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Clerk to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll processes, a strong
knowledge of payroll-related requirements, and exceptional attention to detail and organizational
skills. The Payroll Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of
weekly payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirements. This position will involve close collaboration with our outside service provider,
ADP.
Position Type: Full-time, Remote
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting, finance,
or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in payroll software (ADP experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office
Suite.
o Strong numerical and analytical skills.
o Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
o Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, organize, and review employee timesheets.
• Accurately enter information related to employees' hours worked into the payroll system.
• Understand and comply with different state and federal laws regarding sick time pay,
overtime pay, etc.
• Check the accuracy of pay computations.
• Update payroll records and process changes to employee records.
• Perform basic reconciliation and auditing processes during each pay cycle.
• Respond to pay-related inquiries from employees.
• Research and resolve errors or omissions.
• Follow all processing procedures, adhere to policies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Work under the close direction of senior management.

Location: South East, TX (surrounding area)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of pipelines, focusing on line extensions and rebuild services, to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Description:

· The Sr. Coating Inspector is responsible for the completion of all activities in his area of assignment in accordance with the appropriate Company specifications and the approved for construction drawings.

· The inspector receives infrequent instruction and direction from his superior and the work of the inspector is checked on a periodic basis by the Chief Inspector or delegate.

· The Sr. Coating Inspector takes a leadership role in the inspection of his craft a mentor to other inspectors

Duties may include but are not limited to:

· Understanding, monitoring, assessing, and reporting on painting and coating activities

· Product data sheet (PDS) utilization

· Being able to understand and interrupt the PDS

· Ensure proper storage of the Paints/Coatings by the Contractor

· Tools required to monitor environmental conditions and their proper use

· Surface cleanliness testing

· Proper mixing of paint and/or coating per the manufactures PDS

· Proper application of paint and/or coating

· Proper equipment for the type of coating

· Proper repair of a holiday, void, or jeep in the coating

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the application or inspection of coating

· API 1169 & API 653

· NACE CIP level 2

Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Sr. Electrical Inspector shall be to assure that the Electrical, Communication, and Instrumentation installation on construction projects is performed in accordance with the Company’s drawings, plans, specifications, and the Contract Documents.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• The Sr. Electrical Inspector must have a thorough working knowledge of the electrical, communication, and instrumentation systems for natural gas pipeline or industrial facilities
• This includes having a basic working knowledge of data acquisition systems and pneumatic and electrical control systems
• This inspector shall also have a working knowledge of the current accepted edition of the National Electric Code (ANSI/NFPA 70) under the Code of Regulations Title 49 Part 192 and its provisions.
• Being familiar with the approved for construction drawings and the Company specifications.
• Completing and submitting applicable inspection reports that accurately describe the work performed on the project
• The ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation drawings pertaining to the construction project.
• Follow control logic in project electrical drawings and interface with existing systems.
• Be familiar with interpretation of hazardous locations as defined by the N.E.C. and Company specifications and be knowledgeable of approved wiring methods for these areas
• Able to perform or supervise the loop checks of electrical construction and document information.
• Be familiar with the A/C power systems including single phase and three phase systems and proper wiring methods.
• Understand interfacing of pneumatic and electrical control systems (i.e. actuators, pressure, and I/P transmitters)

Requirements:

• Familiar with National Electric Code (N.E.C.) guidelines
• Trade Certificate
• 10 years experience
• 5 years supervisor experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Job Title: Sr. Welding Inspector (Dual Cert)
Location: Blessing, TX
Duration: 04/05/2024-10/31/2024

Job Description:

• The Sr. Welding Inspector must ensure proper welding and radiographic procedures are qualified and utilized, radiographers are certified, welders are qualified, sound welds are produced, and proper documentation is maintained.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Plan and organize inspection duties in advance.
• Assure any design changes or material substitutions are discussed with the Chief Inspection and proper Company approval is obtained.
• Assure the radiographer’s certification is complete and correct, that acceptable radiographic procedures are established, the technician(s) has a copy of the Company specifications, current API-1104 edition, and the technician is familiar with Company procedures for film identification, form completion, documentation for the disposition of rejects, etc. It is not the Sr. Welding Inspector’s responsibility to interpret the radiographic film; however, the Inspector should be knowledgeable in film interpretation.
• Be familiar with the approved construction drawings and Company specifications.
• Understanding the Contract document as it relates to his or her duties on the project
• Completing and submitting applicable inspection reports that accurately describe the work performed on the project
• Assure any design changes or material substitutions are discussed with the Chief Inspection and proper Company approval is obtained.
• Verify all materials used in the installation are in compliance with Company requirements.
• Assure a welding procedure is established
• Assure the correct WPS being utilized is reviewed prior to the start of welding
• Assure that each welder is qualified for the work he is performing
• Observe the x-ray procedure (including developing and handling) being used to assure it is appropriate for the applications and this procedure is producing acceptable radiographs.
• Assure the Radiographer’s certifications are current and in accordance with SNC-TC-1A.
• Continuously observe the welding technique and radiographic procedure to assure proper procedures are being followed.
• Coordinate the radiographic crew?s activities with those of the contractor.
• Monitor the quality of the welds being made to assure sound welds are being made at all joints.
• Assure the repairs made to correct defects in a pipe weld sufficiently corrected the defect and the weld satisfies the requirements as outlined by the appropriate codes and Company specifications.
• Assure proper documentation is maintained by the radiographic crew including the disposition of each reject.

Requirements:

• API 1169
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• CWI/CPWI-V/CWB
• NACE 1 or 2
• 10 years hands on experience
• 5 years supervisor experience
• Calibrated Welding and Coating Inspection Kit
