Library Advocates - join us at one of the many Dallas City Council Budget Town Hall meetings. Our goal is to have someone at every meeting to speak on behalf of Dallas Public Library's needs during this year's budget discussions. Urge your city council member to maintain library service hours at 6 days a week with the Vickery Park branch open 7 days a week. Encourage them to increase the library’s materials budget by $350,000 to keep up with skyrocketing costs of books and digital materials.
