Israel has one of the most sophisticated intelligence agencies in the world. They have GPS tracking on almost every single Palestinian in the West Bank and Gaza. October 7 didn’t just happen. There is numerous Israeli reports that flat out state Netanyahu knew what was going to happen and did nothing. Why would he do that? Well, he is highly unpopular in Israel. He is also indicted for several criminal charges. War somehow unifies a nation and gives a leader more time to distract. War is an illusion.

First session of a monthly series of yoga / joint mobility at Shamieh Law. We moved our bodies than most of us got in the cold water. It was a magical start to our day. Beginners are welcome but please bring a mat. The intention with this series is to bring a new flavor to how yoga is taught in Dallas with an emphasis on joint mobility and connection to the breath.
