I remember every moment we spent together - your love, your warm hugs, the way you made me feel and how you inspired me immensely not only as a musician, but as a human. You are so exorbitantly loved and will live on for eternity in the hearts of all those you touched, mine just being one. Thank you for the way you’ve changed the world with your genius and your heart of gold, my life was forever changed to have you in it. All the greats have waited patiently for you to join them at those pearly gates, but for us here it is much too soon. Rest easy Byrd, and yes, I’ve got those H’s down now for sure ❤️

Success is not a pie- there is plenty enough to go around for each of us, should we choose to work so hard to receive it.
I am a lot of things in this life; I am human. I can be bad, I can make mistakes, I’m also willing to own up to my shortcomings, however, one thing I am not is a liar. I mean what I say with every fiber of my being, and when I love, I love deeply. I realize sometimes when I start to become saddened by the hurtful words and accusations pointed toward me, whether they are warranted or not- that we are all here for the very first time. We are all brand new as humans, navigating this strange body we possess. I cannot blame another earthly being for hurting my heart, because they are learning, as am I, how to be a good human being.

I love “mistakes”.
I often ponder a plethora of perceptions and their implicit assumption of a “mistake”—for the human experience is subjective. One person’s mistake is often another person’s triumph. At the end of the day, I suppose that is one of the most remarkable attributes of mankind—to have autonomy over how we choose to view each experience, and how then we choose to put the conclusion into play. Anyway, lol. 😂 tangent aside, if you’re still reading, I hope you’re having a great day! 🌻
