Dr. Brewington recently presented at the 44th National Assembly Services to Youth Workshop (hosted by LINKS-STEMREADY Committee) and discussed the innovative power of AI in Radiology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and personalized care. She also introduced CodeMonkey, an exciting platform teaching kids real coding languages like Python.

Our faculty and residents are highly active in professional organizations and are often invited to speak at national and international conferences. Recently, Associate Professor Dr. Kiran Batra spoke at Conference in Tuscon, Arizona.

Our very own, Dr. Chhabra, is set to present twice during the Muskoskeletal Section today at the Texas Radiological Society Annual Meeting. His first presentation will be at 10:20 AM and is entitled, "Pitfalls of Knee MRI." He will close out the section at 11:50 AM with his second presentation, "When Not to Call Soft Tissue Sarcoma."

The Texas Radiological Society's Annual Meeting is in full swing today with a tremendous presence from our UT Southwestern Medical Center's department! We have several and not only presenting but also moderating sessions in this afternoon's programs.

Dr. Ali Tejani will be introducing the RFS Case Review Course at 7:50 AM. Dr. Paul Weatherall will be welcoming attendees to the Radiation Oncology Program and the Diagnostic Radiology Program at 7:50 AM, and Dr. Kiran Batra will be presenting "Update on Imaging of Pulmonary Embolism" at 8:00 AM as part of the Diagnostic Radiology Program.

Today, we wished a to Dr. Keith Hulsey after 16 years of dedication and service to the UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of .

Today we bid farewell to Dr. Michael Landay. Dr. Landay was a Professor of Radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and a member of its Cardiothoracic Imaging Division. His clinical interests have always included lung , focusing his on chest and computed tomography (CT). His work has resulted in multiple peer-reviewed articles and other publications, including a book of which he is the sole author, "Interpretation of the Chest Roentgenogram."

We cannot thank Dr. Landay enough for his decades of service and dedication to advancing the field of radiology.
