To kick off National Health Center Week, the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) leadership and several board members had the opportunity to meet with Senator John Cornyn to discuss the vital role and impact of Texas Community Health Centers. During this meeting, TACHC presented Senator Cornyn with the Health Center Legislative Champion Award to acknowledge his continued support for federal funding of health centers. Pictured to the left of Senator Cornyn is Leonor Marquez, CEO of LBU Community Clinic, a proud member of the TACHC board.
