Our cake pops (like our macarons) are gluten free! They are almond flour based, but do contain dairy. We currently offer strawberry, cookies ‘n cream or birthday cake as our 3 flavors to choose from. They are a kids fan favorite!

They advised public works and construction contractors that they are not allowed to impact my business, meaning we will not lose long term access to our drive thru. They will be working on that section only a few hours at a time to make sure we are able to utilize the drive thru as much as we can during this time. I will be sure to post whenever they need to close it, but until then keep taking full advantage of the only coffee shop drive thru in town!!

We are so grateful to those that stood up for the success of our little shop.

Don’t forget we are open until 9pm this evening with live music from 6-8pm. We are still missing our Daniel, but no worries the girls will be bartending tonight! Both cocktails and coffee will be served until closing time.

New coffee alert 🚨

We are offering a few bags of Barrel Aged Coffee *Anita’s Choice Bourbon*. This coffee embodies strong whiskey notes with an American oak finish. Our roaster based out of Bluffton, SC teamed up with another local business known as Burnt Church Distillery to make this coffee happen.

You may ask why we outsource our coffee from a roaster based in South Carolina - answer being I personally worked there and fell in love with the beans immediately. Simple as that!

Have you had a chance to try the Log Cabin? It’s seriously so cozy and perfect for this fall weather. 🍂

I’m sure you’ve noticed these two boys working HARD the past few Saturday’s without my help - well I’m slowly starting to step back and let my awesome employees take the lead! So say hello to your new Saturday boys Jazhel and Fernando!!! We ask that you be patient with us as we learn to work as a team and continue to grow our GH family. I hope you get to know them and love them as much as I do, because they are pretty freaking great!

Today is the first day I cried in front of employees. I was frazzled and stressed from personal stuff and basically sprinted out of the shop faster than I could blink leaving my employees to man the place the rest of the day with little guidance. I was honestly a little embarrassed on the inside and worried I dumped my life on them. And then I came back to Dalton to check on the shop before heading home for the night and found this tip jar full of cash with a note. Although I will very much not be taking these tips away from them, how blessed am I to have employees that would give up the little they have just to try and turn my day around? I kid around with them a lot but let me tell you what - I am blessed to have the team that I have by my side. So stinkin’ sweet and they should be acknowledged for such small acts of kindness.
