This has been my experience with clients. Some may have slipped into lazy habits as we all can.

But often it's people that are over optimized, over scheduled, now calling themselves lazy, for not making it regularly to their workout.

You can only keep "sucking it up," for so long before you zoom out, see what is essential, what is not, and realign with everything that is most important to you.

If you're always having to psych yourself up, and never find a "pull," then something is off.

White knuckling it is a stop gap to push through once in a while, not a lifestyle...

The label "Evil" is used too liberally.

Once you wrap a neat little bow on it, it's tucked away out of sight, never to be learned from.

Evil exists that we may rectify ourselves, uproot it's causes, and turn the tide. Treating it as a glitch, a mysterious "one off," -- only guarantees its' return... in spades.

Worth asking:

What was the toxic concoction from which it bloomed?

Where was the wrong turn taken and allowed to go on unchecked?

What seed is in me that could grow into the same, if ignored?

Does a nagging voice pester from inside you, disappointed you don't "workout" more?

How long has it been that way?

How much of your power is being eaten away by guilt and frustration?

What if we went with it instead of pushing against it?

Screw it. Go the other way.

Let's honor that voice that resists going to the gym 4-5x a week. Maybe it's wiser than you give credit...

You don't need the body you want before unlocking the confidence and joyful emotional states you imagine come with that body.

Those states come from who you are. Keeping your promises.

Coming through for the people in your life that matter. And they aren't many.

And coming through for them not *for* them - but for Him.

As an act of love for and obedience to the One who Created you.

People speak of detachment - but it's fake.

You cannot authentically *detach* without placing that attachment somewhere else.

Look no further for where to latch onto than He, the Almighty.

To love a person authentically, you must first lose all hope in them. All hope of their reward, of reciprocity of any kind.

Your sole hope for reward and benefit lies in Him.

Everything else is gravy.

A pleasant surprise, knocking over the dominoes of gratitude, one by one, until the spiral is so unreal you get uncomfortable by it -- and do something dumb to sabotage it.

The more you lose hope in people, the more they'll offer you, the more gratitude you'll be swimming in -- gratitude to them -- but first and foremost to Him, the Source of it all.

The One Who Willed for us a blissful, fruitful destiny, that all we have to do to reach it, is resign to it. Get pulled into it.

Outwardly it may look like toil. And the empiricists will swear it is. But you know differently.

Your secret isn't *hard work.*

It's not you. Outwardly it looks like effort. Like action. Like a linear plan.

But it's not linear. It's not logical. It's not causal.

None of this real in the ultimate sense. It's an illusion, distracting us from our true longing. Our yearning to get home.

And while we're getting pulled, let's get a body that's congruent with the truth that we are tuned into.

Something aspirational that makes people feel good when they see you.

A reminder without words. Reflecting back the good news that transformation is in fact real. One of the few things that is...

Is "lack" even real?

The unconscious programs that run us do so in part because we fear pausing them would spell ruin.

But what's under the hood of that fear? What's the assumption propping it up?

What do we believe is *true* about our existence? If you believe we are the product of an All-Mighty, Perfect and Sublime Creator, then there's dissonance to also believe in lack.

One of His Attributes is to Decree. Nothing that happens does so except by His Will and Permission.

Under His Will, you and I are granted will.

And because we are not Angels, and in order to form a basis to distinguish outstanding character and deeds, from the rotten fruit of unchecked, base instinct -- evil and harm are allowed to exist.

But even so, every single Decree is characterized as either completely good, or the good outweighs the bad.

Unbounded chaos is an illusion. A psyop of the Devil.

There is a Divine Plan enveloped in Mercy. To plug into it and achieve the Destiny we were created for, we need only see....that there is no lack.

He is The Sustainer.

The Plan is perfect.

The Plan is the signal.

The chatter. The past. The "program" -- is the noise.

Once we see that there is no lack, notice the gnaw of forced hustle fades away.

What now?

Tuning. Then Action. Action rooted in stillness. In resignation.

Taking back the wheel of now to create. There is no such thing as a non-creative person.

To step out of the unconscious program for a moment is to be you. When you are you, not the program, you are creating.

Creating the destiny you were meant for.

It's too big for us to see in whole. So we just pick something great that has "pull" until the next level reveals itself.

That pull is not an accident. It's the Plan.

Transformation is then effortless. Inevitable.

Let's become what we were meant to be. Deal?
