Today at open house 🏡 after 13+ yrs of no issues with open house (seller side) or with buyers and safety……today I had a big “unsafe moment” 😱 at open house with a “buyer” that came. (Will spare the details on here, but I was
OFFICIALLY taken back and super creeped the bleeeeeeepppppp out…. 😱) I remembered my training and listened to my gut and exited as professionally and quickly as possible.

Realtors meet strangers all the time and in places often not 💯 familiar with.

CA is going green and all electric with cars…. but make sure to turn your TV off? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Play a board game?

If you know me I will always support anything that helps the environment 🌎. I purchased an A3 eTron electric/gas, put solar on my house. Try where and when I can….. (they don’t make it easy or affordable)

As a realtor in this state, I’d just like to say many homes, apartments, condo etc…. don’t even have a “parking spot” for the residents. Single family homes is SF will sell for over 1M easy with NO PARKING (cause 1M in SF is truly a starter home at best 🏚)

….. and sorry not sorry…. but does anyone have any idea the scope of work on a grand scale these properties need in electrical work? Well if you are a realtor in this state you do and it’s massive. So many properties here already have UNSAFE electrical for just basics. K**b and tube wiring is all other the place….

So what’s the plan? They pass it off to buyers and sellers again at the close of escrow like the sewer lateral and side walk and many other ordnance the cities like Oakland and others pass on to the PEOPLE just trying to keep their families together in the same city?

Anyone want to tell me what % of the CA grind comes from renewable energy and what % is FOSSIL fuel? Lol 🚨
