A fun remodel project for a GREAT customer! Thanks to Kirk and Linda Rublaitus for calling on us. The remodel included, replacing floors, adjusting floor joists, removing a partial wall for an open floor plan, cutting out and installing a sliding door, and framing in their deck among other things.

This project was bitter sweet for our customers. Storm damage forced them to address repairs, but they were also able to make some updates while we were on site, making their home a little more welcoming. We replaced the roof including some sheathing, soffit, insulation, and drywall. We also removed support railing and replaced them with new pillars, wrapped the fascia, installed an attic access ladder, and installed new flooring. Thank you Samantha and Austin for having us help you with your needs.

Here are a couple of repairs due to storm damage this spring. We replaced fascia with PVC board, replaced damaged siding on the garage, and established a watertight seal on the flashing around the chimney.

Our first project of the year was a great experience. We were able to complete a total makeover of an apartment for our customers. Demolition of the outdated kitchen, bathroom, floors, and trim before we updated this great unit. Another project complete!!! The homeowners needed a little more storage space. We took out the original wall, framed in a larger closet, hung their door, matched existing baseboard, and rough finished the drywall. Our customers are capable individuals and completed texturing and painting the walls and laying the flooring in the closet by themselves.

Just finished up with this new project in Oregon, OH. This time we removed and installed new flooring on the entire first floor seamlessly. We repaired some drywall and painted the entire front room, including the 16' vaulted ceilings and window trim on the bay windows. We installed wood trim throughout the whole 1st floor, new light fixtures, and installed a nice piece of wood trim to the ceiling of the balcony cutout.

Just finished up with this deck out in Marblehead, OH. It was a pleasure to work with this customer. They were very pleased. Hit bedrock for the posts at 30” down. Composite decking was used for the flooring and side skirting. The aluminum railing turned out really nice.

Here's our most recent project that we just finished up in Oregon, OH. We installed all new siding, new windows, new sliding doors, leveled and resurfaced the deck, among many other upgrades.

This is a project we did in Oregon, OH. Remodel of 2 bathrooms, closed off a doorway into the kitchen and widened an entryway between the kitchen and front room, new floors, and kitchen remodel.

Here's a project we did in Toledo, OH. New roof and siding, closed off a 2nd level entry, installed railing on a small deck, repaired and refinished hard wood floors, and a full kitchen remodel.

This is a project we did in Curtice, OH. We replaced all of the siding, windows, entry doors, and garage doors. We also extended all the gables on the roof.
