The property was originally built in 1839 and is now being converted into a single family home with a rustic/industrial feel. That calls for some fancy pipe work!!!!

Here is a before and after of a recent panel change we completed. Now is a good time to add a whole home surge protector to your panel. Recent code changes make this a necessity on new installations. But adding it to your existing property could save thousands in damage to costly electronics. This home had a surge during a recent storm that burnt up the Main Breaker causing a severe fire hazard. It is official!!! I just got my State of Ohio Electrical Contractors License in the mail today! It was quite the process to get it done but well worth it. Old outdated electric panels such as these Pushmatics can be a fire hazard and should be replaced. Often home owners insurance will not cover them. It is also common for older or damaged panels to cause issues during home inspections in the process of a sale which is another good reason to change them.

Also look out for Federal Pacific and Murray panels as these often cause issues.

This was a custom built home we wired over 10,000 sq ft! We completed this project from the ground up including the lighting, a 400Amp service, and a whole home generator.

Led lighting retrofits are a great way to save money on your energy bills that are constantly going up already!!!! Led lights also offer a much longer life cycle which adds even more bang for your buck!!!

Led lights also really brighten up a space compared to older fluorescent or incandescent lights. This is a lighting job that we completed for one of our commercial customers. Look at some before and after shots to see the difference.

**We do Electric Vehicle Chargers**

This is a project where the customer wanted to install an electrical vehicle charger in the garage and a camper plug outside. We ran conduit due to several factors we ran into on this particular job but still want to provide a quality install.

We recently installed this sub panel with an interlock in order to keep several loads throughout the house running even when the power goes out. This set up uses a portable generator and is great for smaller scale jobs where just the necessities are needed during an outage. As always we try to do clean work.

This is a conduit installation we completed over the summer to get power to a few receptacles on a patio. Also ran conduit for existing speaker wires that the previous electrician just surface mounted. The conduit gives a cleaner install and provides better protection for the cable. We take pride in doing quality work.
