The Zen Services

Each massage comes with the application of steamed towels and aromatherapy to begin and end the session. 💆‍♀️

Sound Bath therapy can be book for individual sessions and for group sessions, great for relaxing the mind with soothing sounds that also increase your vibrations. ✨🧘‍♀️

Life coaching is great to help you work through and personal or career challenges, help guides you to reach your ultimate goals. Whether it be obtaining a positive outlook, being consistent with a new habit, or just needing an accountability partner a life coach is a great resource.

What is new at The Zen?

We have customized each massage to not only assist with making your body feel better but to increase the sense of relaxation.
Each massage will include hot steam towels and start and end each massage with some aroma therapy.
