Practice Wellness:
Power through the day by finding a comfortable place for grounding to focus on the things around you that bring you calmness.
Take 5 deep breaths. When you are ready connect with your senses: What you see, hear, feel (internally & externally), smell and taste.
Take these moments to jump start your day. This is a great practice to get your day back when it's not going too well. Or end the day with some mindfulness; reminding you of all the beautiful things that surround you.
