The last meeting of the day was super fun! Our clients want to take risk and step outside of the norm with fun colorful textures and patterns that pop and give each space a fun edgy flair!

PROGRESS UPDATE: After weeks of waiting on our custom order wall coverings it’s been installed and it turned out so beautiful. Next up the chandelier and wall cabinets.

Absolutely swooning over this mood board 🤍🤍 This has got to be the most beautiful mood board I’ve ever put together. It feels so graceful and soothing.

This power room is going to be absolutely beautifully when it’s finished.

The mint green faucet from was a must to define to soft tone in the Gucci Heron wallpaper.

The polished marble tile from tile bar give the space a bold transition that will captivate the mood of the space.

Patiently waiting for the remaining elements of this design to come in so we can finally put this space together and put it to use.

The foundation of every project begin with the floors. We chose to use a Hawks Edge Maple laminate flooring for the space and replaced the old 3.5” base boards with 6” boards to better enhance the 10’ ceilings.

3 is up next installing the cabinets and wallpaper!

Commercial Building Draft Concept proposal 1 and 2

Client wanted to develop a draft for 5k square foot building that would be used as a event center based around the desired dimensions of 50ft wide by 100ft long.

A second proposal was drafted to exceed the minimum required 5k sqft to for the proposed build in order to properly support the total number of proposed occupants.

Our Client’s requested one additional design concept for the bathroom renovation project which would feature the tub outside of the shower.

The Original design plan was to have the tub placed within the shower. What do you think about this last minute change?

Concept Proposal #2 Project KB Bath

Build up the 4 x 2 open area to create one solid horizontal wall that will house and electric recessed fireplace.

Removal of multiple exterior structural walls, in order to extend the left interior wall out 4 feet to meet the exterior structural wall which contains a fixed window.

We’re beyond excited to be able to design our favorite childcare facility Program directors office.

4 weeks to get the space completed up next phase 2: Purchasing and procurement

We’ve got 4 weeks to transform this suite into an ergonomically functional Yoni Steam and Facial Spa.

The proposed design renderings have been developed for the space and now it’s time for phase 2, purchase+procurement.

Happy Monday!! 🌞 Final preliminary drawings are complete and have been submitted, so we can finally apply for an address and permits and finally break ground on this new build!

Saturday’s will be spent correcting preliminary drawing so we can finalize plans for this new build 🏠

Coming up! Being able to present 3D renderings that give a glimpse into the planned end result of a design project, enables our clients to better visualize the direction the designer is going.

Presentations are important and give the opportunity for the designers to provide a look into the selection of textiles and materials that will be used to bring their design full fold.

2020 we were faced with lost of difficult situations, decisions, and times. We decided to close our doors to make the necessary changes to better our staff and clients. We’ve still been putting in lots of work behind the scenes and we look forward to sharing all the things that took place away from Social Media the last 4 months! We look forward to an amazing 2021!
