Aerospace Engineering senior Liz Bosch has had an affinity for space since she was 14 years old. 🚀
Driven by the case studies of past accidents, such as the Columbia and Challenger disasters, Liz has made it her mission to improve space travel by developing a safety course curriculum to effectively teach "safety and mission assurance."

We are so proud of the team for their many accomplishments such as DJ'ing 80+ events this year, gaining a new total of 60 members and expanding their reach to iHeart Radio in 2013, becoming one of the very few college stations to stream on the nation’s most popular streaming app.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University students collaborate with the aviation industry to enhance the security of wireless technologies used in airlines, such as baggage tracking and passenger entertainment systems. The Boeing-funded project aims to protect data integrity, availability and confidentiality, addressing vulnerabilities as these systems become more digitally managed.
By exploring security measures for electronic baggage tags and other IoT integrations, students gain critical skills needed for the evolving aviation sector. Working with colleagues at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), Namilae’s goal is to “pioneer biodegradable natural fiber composite materials with specially designed nanoscale interfacial features” — those located at the interface between different components.
