Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawn Care Technician to join our DLP-Eastside team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming.

- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.Assess the condition of lawns and recommend appropriate treatments or services.

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used

Requirements:
- Some knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Decatur Lawn Pro is looking for a skilled and hard-working lawn care specialist to add to our team. In this position, it will be your responsibility to help us manage our clients' outdoor spaces. Your main job will be to take care of our clients' lawns. That means you'll spend much of your time mowing grass, using fertilizer, and trimming weeds. You'll also help with other services such as mowing neighbor's lawns, trimming lawn edge, cleaning driveway and sidewalk from cut grass, and bagging cut grass. If necessary, you can also use backpack gas blowers to move leaves in the late fall or even use a bobcat to prep yards for dirt, seed and sod and load trucks with old sod for removal.

To succeed in this role you must be able to operate power equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain-saws, electric clippers and pruning saws among others. You'll work for different customers in order to ensure that their yards are looking nice through edging bushes, weed-eating etc. You'll also need at least 1+ years experience in the field of lawn care.

The ideal applicant is comfortable operating lawn equipment. Choose your own schedule, we are a small crew. We handle residential lawns and corporate contracts of all sizes. Mowing in the spring/summer, leaf cleanups in the fall/winter.
