What does The Bible say about getting back up?
Proverbs 24:16, “For a just man falleth seven times and riseth up again.” The Bible does not promise a trouble-free existence to the servants of the Lord. Righteous people are not those who never fall. They do not escape the suffering that attends in this fallen world.

God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
