My arm is out of the cast! I need awhile to get back the strength and flexibility in my wrist. I will open as soon as possible. Thanks for all the love and kindness.

Not how I planned to begin celebrating this 75th year but 4 more weeks in the cast and I can start to work on my chicken fryin skills!!!

Update..No surgery but my arm will be in a cast for six weeks. NO fryin’ chicken 🍗

Honoring the founder and heart of Lothson’s Karry Out, Keith Lothson. He left us too soon on this day in 1991, but left us a wonderful legacy.
I am honored that he had confidence in me to continue his dream. Showed me how to carry on the business, tossed me his keys saying “You do a good job. Run it as long as you want”. I promised him I would try my best to continue this business to 50 years. We are embarking on 75. Missing you today. ☹️
