We're Moving!
Our office will be moving to the Byxbe Campus Friday, October 13th. The Byxbe Campus is located at 1610 State Route 521, Delaware, Ohio 43015. Our office will be closed to the public tomorrow. We will open back up to the public on Monday, October 16th.

is finally here! This month’s theme is “It Starts with YOU!”, and Week 1 is all about how building safety starts at home.
Our office will be operating on a 2 hr delay due to weather. We will open at 10am.

Representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will host a
Virtual Flood Map Information Open House for communities in Delaware County, Ohio, on June 14,
2022, from 5 - 7 p.m. ET. The open house will give residents the chance to review preliminary
versions of a recently completed Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report and its accompanying
preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM). Information on the open house can be found by visiting the Department of Building Safety website or by calling our office at 740-833-2200.
Our office will be closed today, February 4th.
