With a heavy heart, the Law Office of Harold H. Weisman, P.A. is sad to announce the passing of our founder, Harold H. Weisman.

Born in Massachusetts, Harold graduated from Boston University College of Law and he entered the Masschusetts Bar and then he received his Masters of Law at Suffolk Law School. After which, he worked for the United States Attorney General’s Office in the capacity of Assistant Attorney General.

After years of serving as an attorney in the State of Massachusetts, he relocated to Palm Beach County, Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978. He opened his practice in the heart of Delray Beach, Florida in the same year.

Alongside his wife Lois, they opened the Law Office as a team until his daughter Wendi joined them in 1991. As a team, they built what is now a well respected and beloved law firm. Upon Harold's retirement in 2011, he passed the torch to Wendi to continue his legacy.

Harold is survived by his wife, Lois, his children, Richard (Diane), Wendi and Lisa, his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren.

The Law Office of Harold H. Weisman, P.A. first opened their doors in 1978. We have been continuously family owned and operated since that time. Our office handles all aspects of transactional residential real estate as well as commercial real estate, including title insurance products. We write title insurance for several of the largest underwriters in the country. In addition to our real estate practice, we also offer the following services: Estate Planning, Probate Administration and Business Law. We are a full service professional association and are look forwarding to expand our office!

We are looking for a Real Estate Closer/Processor to become a part of our busy team. We are looking for a team player who has title insurance experience and wants the opportunity to advance their career.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/TECHNOLOGY

· Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the title industry field
· Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge with E-Closing software, a plus
· Knowledge regarding Probate, a plus
· Good client relations and organizations skills
· Ability to write correspondence
· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
· Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information
· Ability to deal with multiple types of roles and tasks.
