ESP HiFi Yoga is an elevated yoga experience, combining vinyasa flow with hi-fi audio. Please bring a mat and come early, doors lock at 9:55. 🧘‍♀️

Marta is an intuitive teacher with a background in Vinyasa, Power, and Hot yoga traditions. Her teaching style integrates the foundation of alignment through a challenging and restorative moving meditation. In the classroom she provides a present, positive, and open environment to her students. Marta cultivates an energetic, expanding, and grounding experience for her students. Each class has intentional flow through thoughtful dialogue, breath work, asana sequence, timing, and music.

Emmy-nominated music supervisor Zach Cowie has spent his entire adult life working with music— this began at record labels (Touch & Go, Sub Pop, Drag City, Rhino/Warner Bros, Light In The Attic), tour management (Joanna Newsom, Devendra Banhart, Vetiver, Vashti Bunyan, Pantha Du Prince), and as a touring DJ (Animal Collective, Fleet Foxes).
More recently he’s become a music supervisor/consultant in film (Celeste & Jesse Forever, The Little Hours, State Like Sleep, Tigertail, Isn’t It Romantic?, Emma., Judas & The Black Messiah), television (Master of None, Forever, On Becoming A God In Central Florida, Little America), advertising, and fashion (Rodarte).
He continues to DJ internationally (since 2001), often with DJ partner Elijah Wood under the "Wooden Wisdom" moniker.
Above all, Zach is a record collector and hi-if enthusiast.

“pinchi umami is the intersection where open-fire cooking, sustainable agriculture, a passion for grains, and a zero-waste ideology meet. being raised as a first-generation mexican-american, in el paso, texas, I was surrounded by cultural, hand-made dishes by my grandmother, mother, and aunts. the majority of my life has been spent in the duality of being raised in a border town. although i was sheltered and withheld from my passions in my childhood, my perseverance and determination springboarded me into creating a new kitchen environment: bringing love, culture and family to the forefront of cooking. this is the foundation on which we stand.
our intent is to pave the way for chefs and future generations: to meld core values of culture and food with an optimal environment for each human being.”

we offer fresh baguettes from denver’s best bakeries served with the best french butter and a rotating homemade jam. we also offer fried almonds with lemon finishing oil, rosemary and two preeminent olive dishes

jean ginglinger ‘glou-glou’ 20 / pinot blanc

based in pfaffenheim, just south of colmar in alsace, the domaine has been farmed organically since 1999. the soils are mainly chalk and limestone and are worked by horse and plough hoping to create vines that are strong and need less treatment. jean-françois is a quiet, humble and passionate farmer who wants to produce pure wines that reflect the terroir of his very special vineyards. rightfully named cuvée in our opinion.
