Meet Tramese Byrd, a multi-program Colorado Media School graduate, a United States Air Force Veteran, and a CBS Survivor contestant. Already growing a career in media, Tramese enrolled at Colorado Media School to upskill and to connect with Denver's media community.
Starting her career with TV, Tramese discovered her love for behind-the-scenes roles, leading her to explore a variety of opportunities. She is very pleased that her search led to her recent hire as the Director of Media and Sales at Diverse Media Collective. This collective of 13 Denver-based BIPOC-focused outlets has a mission to amplify diverse voices in media.
With a passion for creating content for underrepresented communities, Tramese is thrilled about her new role. Her advice? Explore all opportunities and find what resonates with you – it could lead to new passions or connections.
