In 2019, the Emmanuel Art Gallery proudly presented My World is in Your Blind Spot, the first U.S. solo gallery exhibition of CAM alum . This striking collection mixed religious imagery, political statements, and personal reflections on his Tibetan heritage. Today, Rigdol has reached a major milestone with his newly commissioned work now on view at through January 12, 2025. will lead a workshop at the Emmanuel Art Gallery in connection with her artworks in the gallery’s exhibition, Absolute Immunity. From 10am-1pm on October 9, all are welcome to stop by and make a Japanese paper lantern (chouchin) to honor one of the 30,000 disappeared (desaparecidos) from Argentinean dictatorship’s campaign against its political opponents and innocent victims suspected of being dissidents from 1974-1983. The lanterns will become their own installation in the gallery until Absolute Immunity closes on November 2. No advance registration is required, and the gallery will provide all supplies.
This program is a part of the Auraria Campus’ observance of Dia de Los Mu***os, which officially takes place on October 30 at St. Cajetan’s.

Hey music aficionado friends! We are curating an exhibition about the life of iconic jazz musician Eddie Henderson. Do you know any vinyl collectors who might have some of his records? We want to display the album covers in our CUExpgallery.edu in the Denver Performing Arts Complex this February. We would not need the vinyl as it is fragile, just the cardboard album covers which would be protected and insured.
