We'll have a UMS/Mile High Mayhem event inside our shop Saturday night. If you're planning on dropping off your scooter in a truck on Saturday, use the front two meter spots (they will bagged at no cost to you) but only if they are open - otherwise, come through our alley and we can help. Preston completes a teardown and reassembly of the transmission on this Vespa LX 150. This procedure is part of our standard tune-up. It is the most time-consuming part and it is not a service most dealerships perform in a compulsory way.

At Sportique every tune-up includes a full teardown and inspection of the transmission. The clutch comes out. The variator comes out. The belt gets rigorously inspected. This is the most time-consuming part of our comprehensive tune and it's something many shops do not do.

The Vespa club of America sent a pile of Vespa parade day decals to be handed out at the ride on Sunday. Remember we're meeting at 1:00 and leaving the shop at 1:30. This is plenty late enough that the Denver pride parade will long be over.

We're gathering folks at the shop at 1 pm for a 50cc-friendly cruise around Denver. We'll bop through downtown, scoot around the football stadium, travel toward Sloan's Lake, and enjoy delicious TACOS together at Cochino Taco Edgewater. The ride will depart around 1:30 and we'll probably be an hour in the saddle. All brands and models welcome!
