DEAN before and after. Dean is a pomeranian..recommended grooming every 6 to 8 wks to keep the coat healthy and free of mats. Poms can be extremely overheated esp in summer if the coat isn't properly maintained.

I just want to say I have the best clients....99.9% respect the mask criteria without any complaints. Off course my " side door" entrance making your drop offs and pick ups so much easier. Most can stay right in your cars!!!!!! It's all good and I appreciate each and every one of you!

Some of these pet owners...Huskies, Retrievers,Labs
Collies, Border Collies, huskies..... have requested me to shave their dogs to prevent shedding that they themselves cannot control. Yes in the years past I gave in to their requests. Today I say this...educate yourself before you buy. These dogs are double coated , their coat when properly maintained is their for their own protection. Keeps them cool in summer and warm in winter. If you cannot handle these particular breeds hair all over your house then you shouldn't own this breed. Continuous shaving can cause the coat not to grow back in leaving it patchy and scarred. So do us groomers a favor...maintain your pet properly by brushing at home or getting your pet bathed and brushed properly at the groomer.

To my clients on my La Groom page. I need a favor. A previous new client wrote a slanderizing untrue review of me on Yelp mainly because she took offense to my honesty of her pets aggressive behavior. If you go on yelp and enter La Groom you can read what she wrote. And you will automatically know that I would NEVER act or say the things that she wrote. Her pet was kicked out of several grooming shops until she brought him to me. I gave her a few suggestions that would have helped her dealing with such aggression at such a young age. So I'm asking for you to go on Yelp and just say a few words reviewing my work and my treatment of your pet. I will be consulting a lawyer to sue this woman for liable...but I dont think u can sue against a negative review. Thanx so much!!!

So, here's an fyi....my dog Stevie , while I wasnt looking, drank a cocktail I made with 2 shots vodka and one shot kahlua. It also had espresso and cream in it. I knew enough to pour peroxide down his throat to make him puke...but I didn't have any. I called my go to friend vet tech,she said throw a tsp table salt down his throat...he did puke 3 times and it seems, an hour later hes ok. Although he cant sit still(espresso!!!,) So thank you Stacey, I can always depend on you for my pets welfare. You really should've been a vet!!!
