Friends, we regret to inform you that 503 Cocktail Lab has ceased operations as of Saturday, July 20. After careful consideration and evaluation of our business and the need to focus energies and resources on our other operations and future concepts, we have made the difficult decision to close 503 permanently.

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to our community who has lovingly supported us for the past two and a half years of our little laboratory experiment. It has been a privilege to serve you, forge stronger bonds and create new friendships along the way.

We look forward to seeing you and having you join us at our other restaurants, and .dsm Until then, raise a glass and don’t forget to ALWAYS
