Sometimes it is difficult to make a cake elegant/formal AND masculine.

But this cake did just that!

When you decide you want JST to create your yummy and beautiful treats, you and I work together to bring your vision to life.

Sometimes the process is quick and simple, and other times there is more back and forth. We go over all the details to make sure everything you envisioned comes to life: color palette, guest count, details and accents, sprinkles, flavors, colors you DON’T want, budget. We touch so many aspects together as we finalize your treats and officially get you on the calendar.

I have had some bakers in the past say I ask too many questions, but I NEVER want to assume an answer when making a custom order. I also send a sneak peek the night before you pickup!!! Making sure your vision matches my creation is one of my #1 priorities.

Big news!!!

We officially closed on our home on Friday and unloaded the first round of our items! My husband (Jason) and I are working our way from North Dakota back to Florida to gather the rest of our personal items, all the business stuff, the Treats Trailer, the cats, and our son. Jason starts the cross country drive on Friday and Jenson and I leave via plane next week.

North Dakota peeps, I am so very excited to bake for you soon.

Party Boxes are such a great treat options when you are wanting something small but still want a cake AND cupcakes.

The box comes with a 5” 2 layer cake and 5 cupcakes. Even better, the cake and the cupcakes can be two different flavors! These are literally the perfect size for small gatherings.

Look at that color difference!!!! It’s the same exact pull apart cupcakes. Just one is taken at night with the cover on in my kitchen and the other is taken in the fresh morning sun near a window with no cover.

One thing that I LOVE to do for my clients is provide a sneak peek picture. It truly is just a “peek” as the pictures NEVER do the order justice. But it’s great for any last minute “oh no the spelling is wrong” or “can we add another border?” Or even “I forgot to tell you I need to add more cupcakes” 😅 Which all have happened at one point in time!!!

The buttercream coral gave me a run for my money, but I absolutely love the way this set turned out!!

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY, JST!!!!!

I spent nearly my entire life pursuing music, am a classically trained trumpet player, and have taught ages 5-18+ in anything from general music to concert choir. And I don't regret it for a second!!!

Needless to say it was a pretty big surprise when I did a 180 and opened this business. I will truly never forget the nervous conversation I had with my husband and mom as I said "I want to open a home bakery".

I am so thankful for this journey we are on, finding a new passion and talent in my 30's, and getting creating in a new medium that I never imagined.
