Surprise! It’s national coquito day!

Which means it is 6am and I’m starting yet another batch of coquito that is needed to fill the rest of this Christmas’s orders for Coquito Cheesecakes.

Luckily I had already started infusing double the amount of dark rum with cinnamon sticks than I had originally anticipated earlier in the week.
Which means every last cheesecake that comes out of my kitchen, will have the same depth of flavors and homemade coquito goodness as the first one made.

Speaking of which, There’s only enough inventory to offer one more cheesecake for presale (and 2 bumpy cakes)

They be available for presale until 12pm est today. But after that, I need to focus all my attention to making sure every being baked today is extra special and ready to enjoy just in time for Christmas 😎
