of the incredible success of the Pictures of Hope photography exhibit, featuring the talented young photographers who collaborate with COTS!

These amazing kids captured heartwarming moments with pets at Michigan Humane, and their work was proudly displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Design Detroit. 🎨📸

It was an unforgettable moment watching them see their photos in a gallery, sign their prints, and receive well-deserved recognition for their creativity. 💫 More great news, every pet they photographed has been adopted! 🐾💕

Now, you can purchase beautiful photo cards featuring their artwork, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting both COTS and Michigan Humane. By buying these cards, you’re not only supporting the creativity of these kids, but also helping families and animals thrive. 🖼️🐶

"Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes…Including you." - Anne Lamott

In today’s busy world, it’s easy to forget the importance of rest. Taking a step back to recharge is not a sign of weakness, but a path to renewed strength and clarity. We encourage our families, supporters, and community to prioritize well-being—because when we pause, we come back stronger for ourselves and those we care about.

✨ Take a moment for yourself this week. Whether it’s a few deep breaths, a walk outside (weather permitting), or just a quiet moment, remember that self-care is essential for growth and resilience.
