July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month!
As we age there are many factors that can affect mental health and our quality of life. It is important for us to identify those factors within our communities and others to better provide care.
This year NMMHAM is encouraging us to Be the Source for Better Health.
This theme calls on each of us to better understand how the unique environments, cultures, histories, and circumstances (known as social determinants of health, or SDOH) of racial and ethnic minority and AI/AN populations impact their mental health.
