Have you tried standing while working? If you stand for part of the day, it decreases tightness in your hamstrings and the front of your hip. Consider using a cushion under your feet if you stand on a hard surface.
How well do your joints move? By measuring your joints range of motion, I determine if you move too much or too little. This is part of the PT evaluation process, which helps create a curated treatment and exercise program. Thank you
If you have neck pain or headaches, this hands-on technique may help you. The stretching of the neck relieves pain and decreases muscle tension.
Shoulder rehabilitation may include a ball and is fun. Be aware of new pains in 2024 before they become chronic.

Neck strain occurs by looking down at your phone. Elevate your phone to prevent tech neck.
Mindful Monday. This is easy! It is the little things we do all day. Be mindful of your body’s position. Keep your feet parallel while sitting to decrease strain on your legs.
Teaser on the Pilates Trap table is great because it is assistive. The bar helps you into this position. Pilate exercises can be modified to match your level of strength and flexibility.
