🐾🐾Hello all our fur lovers! We are fundraising for a surgery to help this sweet boy have a better quality life while he is still growing. He is going to be a bigger dog and was somehow hurt when he was a small pup and broke his femoral head and needs what is called a FSO surgery. If nothing is done he will probably have to be euthanized because the vet doesn't think amputation is a good option because of the strain on his other leg since he will be a larger breed dog. He is 3 months old.

Our Miss Mia decided she wanted to go on an adventure today and bolted out the door of her foster home on the north side of Dodge. She is fearful of new people so it would be best to contact us rather than try to catch her yourself. Please let us know ASAP if anyone sees her! She would have originally been in the Waters True Value area! Please help us get her safely back home!!

A message from our president:

I go to the shelter several times a week and it amazes me how many irresponsible pet owners live in Dodge City. Dogs are losing their lives because of YOU! The animal shelter does the best they can do and we that work with rescue are trying to get dogs to safety but it just isn't enough. For those of you that let your pets perish because you just aren't responsible enough to reclaim them that you let run the streets of Dodge City my advice to you is please DO NOT get another pet until you are responsible enough to actually take care of them.

Hello all of our Furfriends. We are looking for donations to help cover the costs for a leg amputation for this sweet baby that was born without a foot. Thank you so much to everyone who donated to help cover the cost of the momma dog and her C-section. We were able to cover the entire bill off of your generosity!!

This sweet momma had to have an emergency C-Section to deliver her babies. Without this C-Section her and all 8 babies would have died.
