Epson announces the End-of-Life (EOL) for the ColorWorks TM-C3500 printer for United States and Canada effective November 30, 2022.

This EOL announcement has no effect on the availability of ink, spare parts, and service. Although we are eliminating the sale of new TM-C3500 printers, we will continue to fully support the large installed base with ink, spare parts, and repair services for a minimum of 5 years after this notice. Furthermore, new or existing service contracts will continue to be available for the full 5 year post initial sales period as exist today.

The Epson CW-C4000 printer is the recommended replacement for TM-C3500. Fast and engineered for reliability, this compact full-color label printer features Epson’s high-performance PrecisionCore® technology to deliver precise barcodes and crisp, photo-quality images at up to 1200 dpi resolution. Available in Gloss or Matte versions and BS-5609 certified1, the CW-C4000 prints up to 4.41” wide and at speeds of up to 4” per second2. The CW-C4000 comes with standard Ethernet and optional wireless capability. It is compatible with ZPL II, SAP, major middleware and more, and is equipped with remote printer management tools, giving you seamless integration into your existing workflow.
