Sad news received from M.W. Glenn Davis, Grand Secretary -
"It is with a very heavy and saddened heart, that I must inform you of the passing of a great friend, a Grand Lodge Co-worker, and devoted Masonic Brother, RW W. David Pudvan, Deputy Grand Secretary Emeritus, and Past Master/Past Secretary of Ionic Lodge No. 31. RW Brother Pudvan peacefully laid down his working tools last evening…..we have truly lost a faithful brother. I do not have any other information at this time, however, as I receive additional details, I will most certainly pass them along.
Please keep Lady Lynn and the entire Pudvan family in your thoughts and prayers."

Harry's son Nicolas was one of three Dover High football players who were seriously injured Sunday in an automobile crash. He remains in Christian Hospital.

Union Lodge #7 A.F. & A.M. (Dover, DE) has lost a dear friend and great supporter.
Many Past Masters treasure the hand-made lace square and compasses Joan honored them with when they assumed the East at Union Lodge.
A faithful member of Victory Chapter, Joan was also active with the Jobs Daughter and DeMolay.
Joan Edwards passed away on Friday, September 22. A service will be held Wednesday, October 3 at 12 noon at Torbert's on Rt. 10.
Full details can be found in the attached obituary.
Joan Edwards will be sorely missed.

We will be getting the carpets cleaned in both Lodge rooms the week of August 21st.
We need help from any brother able to come to the Lodge on Monday August 21st at 6PM to move all non-fixed furniture to the dining room.
We also need brothers to come on Thursday August 24th at 6PM to put everything back so the dining room floors can be cleaned and waxed.
Let's have pride in our building and remember many hands make light work.

We are saddened to report that the Great Architect of the Universe has called Most Reverend Past Grand Chaplain W. Leroy Jones to eternal rest. M.R. Jones passed away on Sunday, June 17.

The viewing will be at Torbert’s Funeral Home on Route 10 Tuesday, June 20 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

The funeral will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church in Frederica starting at Wednesday, June 21 at 11:00 AM. A Masonic Service will follow the Church’s Service.

Time to mark your calendar and plan to attend. Masons enjoying a day with Masons and showing the community what BROTHERHOOD looks like when it's put into action.
Bring your ladies, kids, grandkids...even friends and neighbors who might end up asking the right question.

The Great Architect of the Universe called Brother Nelson Mesick from labor on February 16.
The funeral will be conducted at the Smyrna Wesleyan Church on 433 Congress Street in Smyrna. There will be a viewing / visitation starting at noon on Wednesday, February 22 with Masonic Service at approximately 1:00 PM followed by the Pastor’s service.
Remember Brother Mesick and his family in your prayers.

The Supreme Architect of the Universe, in his infinite wisdom, has called Brother James M. Satterfield, III To that house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
He was born July 19, 1938

He departed this life on: December 07, 2022

Funeral services will be done by Pippin Funeral Home. There is no further information at this time.
