Both our team and residents are part of what makes Spring Gardens Draper one of a kind! What a blast we had representing us in the Draper Days Parade. We all wore our slogan proudly today as we walked the streets of Draper- “where kindness counts”. ❤️

What a great Open House tonight as we celebrated all the renovations and changes we have made to the community over the last few months. Tacos, margaritas and live entertainment in a beautiful setting is about as perfect as it can get! Weren’t able to make it? Come by and anytime and see what we are all about.

We felt so blessed to have the Barbara Barrington Jones Family Foundation girls camp come and perform for our residents! They brought cute gifts for them and even voted a kind and queen of Spring Gardens!

17% of unwitnessed falls are never reported by those living with dementia. The fall can then go untreated and needed care can be missed. At Spring Gardens Draper, we’re putting an end to unwitnessed and untreated falls in the bedroom.

We’ve implemented SafelyYou in our community, which enables staff to see how, when, and why an on-the-ground event took place, providing critical information so residents receive the care they need when they need it. It’s part of our comprehensive fall management program. And part of how we provide higher-quality care.

Staff is immediately notified when a fall is detected and SafelyYou fall experts work with our team to develop intervention that can help prevent future falls.

One Voice Children’s Choir was such a treat to have! 60 adorable kids came to visit and serenade our residents with their sweet voices. We love the variety of performers we get here at Spring Gardens of Draper. ❤️
