Shift 8:00 a.m -4:00 p.m.

Under general supervision, the Housekeeper/Laundry team member is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas, such as residential homes, common areas, dining room, and other locations in the community. Attends to the washing and handling of linen and personal resident laundry; may be required to perform any or all of the following functions: collecting, sorting, washing and drying, folding, stacking and/or transporting laundry.

Under general supervision, the primary role of the Dining Room Supervisor is supervising dining room team members in the setting up of tables, serving of food, cleaning and maintenance of the dining room, and customer service. Ensures that food is handled in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food serving practices. As a representative and team member of dining services, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction in the dining department.

Qualifications:

Experience/Training – Minimum of 6 months of professional managerial experience in related field preferred or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite for entry into the profession.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification or enrollment in the certification course preferred.

The Waitstaff/Server’s day-to-day work includes routinely setting up, clearing and cleaning and resetting dining room. Taking menu orders and serving residents and guests meals in a timely and gracious manner. Providing quality customer service to residents and guests. As a representative and team member of dining services, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction in the dining department.

Every year Residents and Staff donate homemade cookies to our local Fire Department and Public Safety. This year was by far the biggest turnout. A special thank you to all who donated. Happy Holidays!
