The Educator Card is available to:

Something new is in the library! Now introducing the Mobile Carrel for Parents and Children! This cart will live on the first floor of the library and help parents who need a place for their children to play while they finish up work.

The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County just wrapped up its Summer Discovery program for children and adults. Participation was up this year by more than 15%. The largest gain was with the youngest kiddos. Participation for zero-five years old increased 25%! 👏
