*Day one we will discuss the 13th Rite, what it is and where it comes from and end with a womb meditation to get us connected. Please bring a small journal to take notes and some water

Sunday (February 11th) we will begin again at 1:00, recapping on what we learned and how we feel today.. We will begin the healing transmission and then offer it to each other. Ending the day with an embodiment practice to seal the healing and allow love and joy into our wombs.
Day 2, again bring water and journal.

I don’t believe we are just handed our soul mate and the rest should just work out. Marriage is WORK, having a healthy long lasting lifelong partner is WORK!

My husband and life partner and I have been together almost 25 years now, we have been through just about everything you can imagine together. Some almost broke us but every experience just made us closer! I do what I do because I’ve lived it and seen how beautiful this life really can be 💝

One of the reasons there is such a intimacy deficit today is because we don’t know how to be vulnerable. It’s about being honest in how we feel, about our fears, about what we need, and asking for what we need! Vulnerability is the glue that holds intimacy together!

Being vulnerable is far from easy, but I can contest it does GET easier when you have a loving supportive partner who is willing to do the work and grow with you! It’s not about individual growth only, but growth together as a whole!

I am currently finishing up my 2nd certification with Marriage, relationship and intimacy coaching. (only 30% left to finish!) next up is a Seggual educator and another Seggs and relationship class.

Hag torches ( Hecates torch) Mullein Torch, Hags Taper, Witches Candle, Jupiters Rod, King’s Candle, or Candlewick Plant- they go by many names but are traditionally used to repel evil, purify sacred spaces, and thin the veil to the spirit world. Their use can be traced back to Ancient Rome, where they were used to usher the dead into the afterlife. These torches have been made in traditional fashion and are 100% natural. Hag torches do not have a wick-- the mullein itself keeps them aflame!

Igniting a mullein torch bears resemblance to the act of smudging, as it not only dissipates negative energy but also purifies the surrounding atmosphere. Moreover, it delicately thins the veil that separates different dimensions, facilitating a heightened spiritual connection. Embracing a mullein candle while in ritual can greatly enhance its potency and imbue it with spiritual protection.

TO USE 🕯️
cut the tip of the torch so you can light the "wick" (which is the actual mullein stalk) hold the flame there for a while until some of the exposed mullein ignites (keep light like a torch- don’t blow it out!)

To burn for extended amounts of time place in a candleholder or outside in a fire-safe location (like sand or a fire pit), and be aware that the flame is often quite tall. Use with caution ⛔️
