The William Kelley High School in Silver Bay is currently undergoing an addition to their space which will expand their educational areas as well as upgrades to their current school. We have been working on this project since last summer, with our contributions to this project being footings, poured walls up to 20' tall, an elevator shaft, and slabs. Last week, we poured a topping for a new roof which is what you see in this photo.

Beshears is pleased to announce that we have been selected as the construction manager for the Runway 8-26, BAK-12/14 Aircraft Arresting System Project at the Fort Smith Regional Airport. This project is the first step in bringing the new FMS (Foreign Military Sales) mission to Fort Smith. Our construction partners on this project are Forsgren Inc., HMI Duluth, Custom Pavement Maintenance and Safety, Cardinal/International Grooving & Grinding, and Hughes Electric.

The Duluth Lakewalk plays an important role in our community by providing a relaxing and scenic area for both locals and tourists to enjoy. We have done numerous projects along the Lakewalk, with our current project being no exception. We have been working to create a shoreline wall along the Duluth Lakewalk that will provide protection from large waves and potential erosion. With this wall, the integrity of the Lakewalk will be upheld and individuals will be able to continue enjoying such an important aspect of Duluth.

We want to take today to honor you, your service, and the countless sacrifices you and your families have made. Thank you for your service, your bravery, and everything you have done to keep our nation free and safe. 🇺🇸

Progress continues to be made on the Rice Lake Memorial Park project. We have now poured the monument foundations and sidewalks for this project, and the Memorial Park is beginning to take shape.

This Memorial Park will include a monument of a soldier, flags, and stones representing the wars the U.S. has been involved with from the Civil War to Afghanistan. This is a meaningful project for the community that highlights the sacrifices made by veterans and their families, and we are happy to be a part of making this project happen.

We began working on the Skyridge Flats development in September, and our crews have been busy forming and pouring footings and walls over the last month.

This development will consist of 70 rental units, and will be located in the Harbor Highlands neighborhood in Duluth. This project continues to progress daily, and upon completion will provide more housing opportunities for the area.

St. Luke's Hospital is currently undergoing a major expansion to their current campus. This vertical expansion adds three stories to the hospital, which will provide more space to care for patients and for St. Luke's to continue to expand their operations.

We have had the opportunity to help make this project happen, and have been pouring floors for the new levels of the building. We are happy to be a part of such a big project that will benefit the community, and we look forward to seeing the final product.

The Brewery Creek Apartment Complex in downtown Duluth has been steadily progressing throughout the summer, and we have been busy helping this project come to life. We have been working on foundations, grade beams, walls, and slabs.

This apartment complex will be a five story building and will consist of 52 units which will provide the opportunity for housing to individuals in need within the community.

This morning we poured a slab for the Rice Lake Public Works building addition. This addition will provide more garage space, as well as a wash bay, which will give Rice Lake Public Works the space to store their equipment as well as keep their equipment clean.

We are currently working to create the Rice Lake Memorial Park!

This park will be used as a space for individuals to visit and reflect on the sacrifices that are made by all veterans and their families. We are happy to be a part of such a meaningful project, and look forward to seeing the finished product!
