We are wrapping up year 10 and heading into year 11 of serving our community. We appreciate all of our clients both past and present who are a part of the NappyBliss family. Please stop by Monday through Thursday this week, October 25-28, 2021 to pick up a token of our appreciation. We will also have giveaways and treats between noon and 2pm each day including GG’s Cupcakes, Chick-fil-A and Paparazzi! We appreciate you!

It’s my locversary! 14 years ago I made one of the best decisions to microloc my hair! It has been true hair liberation for me along with countless hours of freedom from styling! I’m humbled by all of those I have inspired and those whom I have served. I’m truly in !

We thank you! We love you!!! You came to DFW and because of your bright light and professionalism you have captured our hearts!!!! You are a natural hair goddess and we are here for it!!!

Texas school district's dreadlocks ban discriminatory, federal court rules The decision comes a month after the Barbers Hill Independent School District board of trustees voted to keep the dress code policy, which advocates have deemed racist.

NappyBliss has decided to temporarily close for at least two weeks due to the surge of almost a 100% increase in COVID cases since June 1. Although it is an inconvenience, it is the upmost importance to keep our clients and staff safe during this unprecedented time. As always, we are here to help with any question or offer any temporary solutions we can. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

First, I want to say thank you publicly for everyone who sent unsolicited CashApps to support and insulate our business during the shutdown. I have never been so moved and felt how our salon is valuable to you! Your generosity will NEVER be forgotten!

Secondly, thank you for your patience and loyalty. You called, sent texts, dm’s... we FaceTime’d... all to coach and support you as you missed your maintenance appointments. We all felt helpless and missed each other a whole bunch, but we made it!!!!

Now, as we soft open and get to see and service you again, we are excited, yet careful to provide you well-prepared and thought out procedures that we now operate under. We have obtained COVID-19 and Barbacide Certifications atop of the new procedures doing everything we can to keep you safe.

If you were scheduled during the shutdown and we haven’t reached out to yet to get you in, please text me! We are not taking new clients just yet. We are a bit overwhelmed with all of the overdue maintenance.

We love you, NappyBliss Family! Thank you for riding with us for almost 10 years! We miss your hugs, but feel your love too!

The Governor has announced Texas salons can reopen. We at NappyBliss Natural Hair Salon will never forget this unprecedented time. We are most sensitive to the loss of loved ones to COVID-19 in our personal families, friends families and salon family. It is with great care that we prepare to reopen in order to protect our clients and staff while offering the same personable and professional service. We look forward to reconnecting and will provide our clients details of this shortly.
