Today is Earth Day 🌎 Take some time to connect, for me it’s gardening today 😊 Getting outdoors has so many benefits, physically + mentally. Finishing up continuing education this weekend 😁, great topic…. posture and how it affects all body functions… breathing, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular and the obvious… spinal health . So simple, … stand tall, sit tall, ear over shoulder, shoulder over hip,… but do we do it throughout the day, .. or are we slumped over computers, phones… not aware of the huge impact on our overall health. After 20 hours of posture instruction, I’ll be ready for you 😁

Yes, as a Holistic Chiropractor I book a whole hour for each treatment. Everything is connected; there is normally more going on than the pain or spinal misalignments. Underlying stress, diet, posture, work related issues …. all influence our health.
My treatments include physiotherapy and massage first …. allowing my patient to decompress and giving me the time to evaluate what’s involved. Chiropractic adjustments are easier after therapies, and I find patients hold the adjustment longer, therefore not requiring to come in as frequently. Treating the body as a whole, promotes overall health and wellness 🥰
