Norwegian Cruise Line screwed up my reservation, which lead to them booking the wrong flight dates for my guest for our European vacation. I called them within one hour of receiving the air confirmation and they told me it would take 4 weeks to rectify. I called and called, always the same response- that I had to wait for the air team to work it out. Six weeks later and one week before departure, they tell me I have to pay an additional $2700 to have my guest booked with me on the same flights as me. All they offered in compensation for their screwup was. $200 onboard credit. I’ve never been so disgusted.
