ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handle online and phone orders
-Stay present and ready to take care of the drive-thru (our primary source of food delivery at the moment until COVID-19 restrictions lift)
-Make sure orders are organized and given to customers and delivery drivers in a timely manner
-Report to the manager for additional tasks when needed
-Be ready to take on a few rushes a day during lunch and dinner time

REQUIREMENTS
18+ years old
Eligible to work in the U.S.

PREFERENCES
-Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
-Adaptability (skills for this role can be learned, but willingness/eagerness to learn quickly is crucial)
-Reliable and punctual
-Customer service experience (or equivalent skill sets that align with customer service)
-Experience in the food industry
-Can handle multitasking
-Intuitive work ethic (make sure you pay attention to your surroundings to get necessary tasks done)
