What is church without Sunday School?
Without me trying to impress you with a deep sort out spiritual revelation, look at it like this:
Can a doctor give you an Echocardiogram without the presence of a heart?
Sunday school provides the complete component to our spiritual survival in learning about God and how we are to study to show ourselves approved unto God in the life we live in order to be acceptable unto Him. 2Timothy 2:15 KJV

Pastoral Appreciation Part II
I was privileged to be at the Appreciation Service at Dearborn Drive for Pastor Jesse W. Harrison, Sr. today.
What fond and strong accolades that were given to him and his Wife Patti Harrison for the many years of faithful service they have given at the Dearborn Drive location.
Not to mention their service outside the Church, and the countless lives they have touched through their love and appreciation for people.
Please continue to pray for Pastor Jesse and Patti Harrison and their family!✝️

Pastoral Month- Part I
Recognizing and Appreciating our
Church of God of Prophecy Pastors here in the City of Durham, NC! ✝️

I consider each of the four Pastors my Pastor because I have a close relationship with each of them.
I have gained spiritual strength in one way or the other also from each of them.
The Lord has dealt lately with me on a greater level in regards to understanding what being a member of the Body of Christ entails and what is It’s Divine Purpose.
God has assigned the following Pastors Stewardship in our Durham Communities that are fulfilling the Work of the Ministry for the edification of the Body of Christ.

These are the times that God’s Pastors are to lift up their voices together and proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ! Jesus Saves!
Let’s pray fervently for our Pastors as they seek the Will of the Lord for the work they have been assigned!
We love and appreciate each of you and our brothers and sisters in the Lord!
Great is your faithfulness!✝️

What a time of celebrating and thanking the Lord for what the Holy Spirit can accomplish in a single service!
Today Pastor Peggy received many expressions of love and appreciation for her faithfulness she is giving in her service to God and His people.
Beautiful songs of praise and honor sung onto the Lord!
Pastor Peggy House came after worship and praise to deliver us the “meat of God’s Word, no this message was not intended for us to receive the “milk of God’s Word!”
We feasted today on some tough meat!!!
Yes, and the many visitors that chose to worship with us today made our hearts glad!
Now, to put the icing on the cake: we welcomed the Marsh Family, Joey, Rae, Ramiyah, Jada, and Josiah who transferred their church membership to the RTP location!
God is on His Mission given to Him by our Heavenly Father, and we too are excited to seek the Lord concerning our mission!
What ever you do, remain in the service of the Lord, and please do not stop praying for one another! ♥️

Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood.
Acts 20:28-29 kjv

In this passage of scripture Paul tells the Elders to be careful how they shepherd the flock.
He emphasizes that it is a God-given duty and responsibility.

This prayer request was sent to the church from Mukama VON Reagan with The Window of Hope in Uganda, Africa requesting our prayers.
Please keep our brothers and sisters in your prayers that the Lord will supply all of their needs.✝️

We are part of a larger vision, are you in prayer for our World?

There is a special need for this October Mission Drive as we are currently 10% below our budgeted expectations for mission funding supply next year. We especially invite you and your local church fellowship to join the effort for this continued work in global missions’ ministries to support and supply for the task of being On Mission to reconcile the world to the Gospel of Christ.

Over the next few weeks, we will be highlighting every area within our missions network. We covet your prayers for every nation! We will also be intentionally spotlighting a few nations who are considered most in need of Harvest Partner support.
